What Bay said! They should allow the driver to make an intelligent decision on the situation. Stuck in the mud, yeah, let someone pull it straight to dry driveway. Stuck in a ditch tilted at a 35° angle? Maybe not, let the pros do it.

The homes across the road from me are owned and no changes. The mobile home is a mix of new and long term tenants. Not sure if there are any new right now.

Actually, be happy that someone is reporting feral dogs since if one gets into your flock the sheriff will try to find the offender. Here nothing happens, and unless you catch the vicious dog yourself, animal control won't even come out to try to pick it up. Hopefully, you gave the photo of the other dog to the sheriff to track down.

Sheriff's office will NOT do anything even when I caught the loose dogs. I wonder if I should send email with picture of dog from Jan16th?

Yep, I think she's afraid the baby will hit water and drown. She's not far off.
I'm thinking about getting a load of the same road base I used for driveway and putting it in sheep shed and night pen. I HAVE to do something. It's awful.
