You have to check the orifice like OFA mentioned. Next you must milk it out. The colostrum maybe very thick and it wasn't getting out and now she is engorged. She could have an infection.

Taking her to the vet may be your best option if you don't have a mentor or are not equipped to relieve her.

BTW- COLD compresses REDUCE inflammation - COLD- then milk then warm compess after.

Update: We lost the little brown and white baby dues to feeding problems. We have decided to sell the moma to someone that wants a pet, not a breeder due to her udder issues.
