Meat guinea pigs (cuy)?

We have a few acres in the UK

At the moment we have a large heard of guinea pigs and rabbits living free range

We also have a few dovecotes

I’m looking to buy a breeding pair of larger meat guinea pigs (cuy) and also some grass cutters or other large meat rodents

Anybody able to point me in the right direction I would be very grateful

Just wondered if larger guinea pigs would breed with my current ones?

Similar question with my rabbits which are not the largest veriety?
