Catch a dozen or so mice chop them up, freeze them and get a kitten to feed them to. When the kitten gets hungry it will have that drive to chase a mouse for food.
Just don't let the kitten in the house or you might end up with mice your home. Have one that goes down 15' of alternating tread stairs will catch a mouse and bring it back up to play with which sometimes end up losing it and then the show begins of two cats terrorizing the house knocking everything over trying to get it.
They redefine the idiom of a bull in a China shop.

You have my sympathy. I’ve got house mice, field mice, voles and rats. I’m setting and emptying traps a lot. I’ve stuck with the Victor snaps but in recent years my old lady hands have lost the dexterity to set them so lm always on the lookout for something else. My LGDs don’t like cats at all. Many years ago we had a rat snake named Bob. He was a former tenant’s pet. He did a good job on rodents. Scared the crap out of me a few times lounging in unexpected places. Sometimes there just isn’t enough adrenaline and you go straight to wisecracks. “Don’t show up with an apple buster, or it’s game over.”
