Lil Boots and Milly are at his new home. I hear they are settling in well.
Milly will come back home when Boots is weaned off her.
Apparently the plan is to use a couple cows as his animal company. Not sure how this will work for him. But its not my decision to make.
Millys prior owner/breeder feels it won't hurt Milly to be rebred in the fall so I will match her up with Matador. He comes from heavy milk lines. Hopefully this time we get a girl outa the deal.

isn't that always it goes, buck kids fine but not the doeling. hate that. but he is really adorable.
and @madcow every time i see your name i smile, it reminds me of a big old black angus cow that my sister had who was also called madcow because she would try to eat you up for 2 or 3 weeks after she calved. no one was safe, she even rocked the truck with my bil in it because he got to close. after a few weeks she would settle back down and be a good cow again but Katie bar the door when she was a new mama
