Irish Dexter Miniature Cows. Height about 3 foot tall. Milk about 1 to 1 1/2 gallons. Can be milked every other day. The orginal family milk and meat cow. Gentle, can forge or be given hand cut forge daily. Cost - not prohibitive and they are becoming popular in the grass roots, small farm movement.
