Glad I got to eat a little bit of popcorn. We need more kidding threads. I do like popcorn.

She is super cute.

Checked on Mom and Baby this morning. Baby is having some difficulty finding the food. She seems to be at the wrong end a lot.

Mom is doing well, but...... there is no placenta in the stall this morning. Not sure if I should panic yet or not.

Lucy did not follow the doe code - she did however make a new rule.

1. Have the baby a week early so that the door on the kidding stall is not yet hung, bedding is not down, and your human has to panic and hang it while you push.

Now - the other complication. Lucy's sister Lily is not due til December. This is the first time she has been seperated from Lucy since birth. SHE IS MAD. Lily screamed all night and when we tried to let her peek at the baby she tried to head butt it. Jelousy - I need to spend some alone time with Lily today and try to get her to settle down.

Goats - as bad a two year olds.

She is gorgeous! :drool I am so anxious for kids to be born here, I am expecting some pretty colors from the buck we are using. Problem is, my does aren't even bred yet! But the buck will be here in 2 weeks!
