We have two Nigerian dwarf bucks who have scours(diarrhea). We used scours along with coccidiosis treatments to help them and it only worked at drying up one of them. Here we are a week later with no improvement, one of them is still having scours. Anybody have any suggestions on helping him? We are starting to get worried about the outcome if we cant stop him from scouring.

The buck not scouring any more is getting back to normal with light red not to worried about him anymore.
But the buck who is still scouring its a very light pink. He had all the symptoms of coccidia, except reduced feed intake.

How old for starters?

Sounds more like worms and very light pink means he is not in a good way. Worm him but be aware that if it hits him hard, the fast worm die off can also poison the system... I would say that both need worming if they are living together...
You probably need a vet visit, fecal exam done to determine worm type and load...
Coccidia scours will stop within 48 hours if that is what it is, once treatment starts.

I agree with @farmerjan run a fecal. Where are you located? Unfortunately SafeGuard as a wormer has been rendered ineffective due to resistance anywhere in the south (east i believe according to my vet) My friend's vet suggested Quest+ Horse dewormer Gel. 3cc is the knockout dose, followup with 2cc a month after the first dose. I did it with my girls and it worked.
Give him a dose of Vit. B complex 4cc per 100lbs every 12 hrs for two days It'll perk up his system and his appetite (if it's lacking)
Avoid using NutriDrench during this time as it will cause scours
