I'd be tempted to get some "tomorrow" (teat infusion) and use it on her before her milk is coming in...but that's just me.
Squirt it in the affected side, rub it in good (massage it up / into the effected udder half) and let it sit over night. Milk it out the next morning and do it again.
I've treated 2 does w/ active mastitis, caught early, w/ "today" teat infusions, and Pen G injections and they freshened fine the next year.
And I'd definitely abort that doeling. What she aborts (or absorbs) won't even really be noticeable at less than 30 days gestation.
Every doe is different, but she should recycle (go in heat) 21-42 days after she aborts / absorbs the pregnancy.
