Hens and Roos, I have 5 cali does and 3 mixed meat bunnies (2 really fluffy, cute, harlequin does & a plain brown doe) and my buck is 1/4 Flemish giant, 1/4 cali, and 1/2 NZW. I raise them just for meat (except my harlequin sisters they are just too adorable - their babies will go to freezer camp or maybe pet homes depending on the cuteness factor). I am not allowing myself to get cute/fluffy bunnies. Plain white bunnies aren't nearly as cute and its a little easier to send them to freezer camp.

We have Cali's for meat rabbits as well, my kids also show them for 4-H. We did add French Angora's for fiber- as we are learning to spin it.
