Greetings from the front range in Colorado! ! I'm looking forward to eventually growing out a steer or two. Love them rib eyes on a grill Gotta taste better than store bought and be better for ya. Good luck growing your steers! We raise one every couple years and the taste is just... sorry had to find a tissue I was drooling too much. The folks in the cow section are right nice and can probably answer any questions or give advise in general. Our current steer, Steve, is munching his way through the meadow. He should be just perfect for a January date with the butcher.
