I read your blog, what an adventure! Very interesting use of tire bales. Does the concrete beam on top hold down the bales? I was wondering what it took to keep them in place, like driving rebar stakes through them. THAT would be HARD to do! LOL I like the binding with wire mesh better and it looks MUCH easier. Can't wait to see what happens next.
