New rabbit sneezing, shuddering/twitching occasionally

Can anyone give me an idea of what might be wrong? My Flemish Giant cross (about 2.5 months) now and then sneezes and also her body kind of shudders/shakes (like a kind of tremor - there and then gone). The two symptoms don't always happen at the same time. Other than that she seems fine (no diarhea). She's eating and drinking; she seems active when I go over to her; she does feel warmer on shoulders and head than the other rabbits - I know she's not A-OK, but I can't find any symptoms that match what I'm seeing.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Any nasal or eye discharge? matting on the front paws? I would isolate her just in case....

No discharge or matted fur on paws; today she seems more lively, and her eyes are brighter. Today I wasn't around much so I couldn't tell about sneezing; I'll check again tomorrow. Thanks for the feedback; I'm new at this!
