thank you all! I'm getting more and more excited as the days pass. Also anxious. Hopefully all my questions won't become annoying I think I have G.A.S. And I don't even have goats yet!

Welcome to BYH! Chickens are easy peesy little critters. They pretty much do their own thing, have their own routine, etc. They really are a joy to have around. I have six, two being black australorps. Good luck on your farm adventure. It should be fun.
