Hello Everyone, We live in Northern Rivers on acreage. We have Indian Runners, Peafowl, Guineafowl and Chooks ... trying to keep the balance, as they all share the same large pen. I would so love a couple of donkeys or small ponies, to complete the homestead : ) Cheers Linda
Howdy from eastern NC (North Carolina) in the USA! I also have "chooks", but am in the planning stages for some goats. Our land isn't big (1/3 acre) but large enough to add a couple more critters.

Welcome to the forum from East Texas! Iā€™ve had runner ducks before, they are good layers. Where is Northern Rivers?
We live 30 minutes west of Murwillumban NSW, and where are you located? My Indian Runners seem to only lay from Spring to end of summer

Hi Fuzzy, nice looking "chook" : ) I have also comtemplated getting some pigmy goats, but that would mean that we have to fence off our gardens, which will not look too good here : )

Iā€™m in East Texas. Iā€™m 174 miles from Galveston and the Gulf of Mexico. Lots of forest here, lush green grass unless we are in drought, LOL. Iā€™m between Lufkin and Crockett. I donā€™t have ducks now, but the runner ducks I had were prolific layers.
