Today, we have a substantial difference in his poop. I have just bought some Rye and Oat Hay which is not so rich as the Lucerne. I have also bought the Oralject Goat & Sheep wormer. Should I try these first before thinking of the dreaded cocci? He isn't bleating as much, and seems much more content, and his poop is resembling dog logs now. Much nicer to see :D
What about some probiotics, yogurt or probios powder for livestock?

He is doing much better today. Took him to the vets, temp normal, no signs of anaemia, very well hydrated, alert and has put on half a kilo in weight in four days. He runs around after me when I'm outside, and settles his head into my shoulder when I pick him up. His stools firm up, then get a little loose, firm up, then a little loose (a little all over the place). He is urinating, and it is clear. No foul odour in his stools at all and they are still green with no sign of brown. He's having three to four bottles of 300 - 400 mls a day, and he gets four generous handfuls of the Lucerne. Eleven, I am pretty sure Lucerne consist of alfalfa and other legumes and is rich in nutrients.

I will get some gelatine to mix up in his milk bottle tomorrow. He has had one tablespoon of natural yoghurt in one bottle and this was yesterday. Should I put the yoghurt in each bottle and increase the level, or should I leave it because of his improvement? I don't want to introduce to many new things to him at this stage. :D

I want to thank you all for your help thus far. Very much appreciated. :D

Sincerely

Vee

She may be allergic to the milk relacer. I had my 2 one it and one is allergic. I bought antibiotics from jeffers for my emergency pack and dewormer because they'll need it in a few weeks.
The milk also gives her a rash on her ears.
She's back on cow milk. Well they both are but mine are still very young to eat, about 2 weeks ( I'm not sure because the seller said they were 5 and they are not).
Also since she's had runny stools I've noticed 1/2 hour walks help her a lot. Even though they have about 300 sq ft of space the running, exploring and freedom seems to work wonders.
I got that advice from an old goat rancher.
