Hello,

I am new to goats. I have 2 goats (about 20ish weeks old), doe, buck who are siblings.

We are planning on a banding the boy next week as he had his CDT booster today.

For about 3 days I noticed she has a small dot of white discharge. He also keeps trying to mount her, but thankfully hasn’t appeared to figure it out.

I can’t separate them as they cry.

Are they old enough to breed or for her to be in heat? I’m very worried.

Yes, bucklings will start breeding at a very young age. My friend's does got bred from a 4 month old buckling that she had in the pen with them.
What breed are they?
