I would if it wasn't for the fact that she lives close to 70 miles south of me. I know if I went down there and just said" come on with me and I'll bring you home after we get done ", but it's a lot to do in a day. She also has dogs and doesn't like leaving them with the people that she moved in with.

Last Sure Jelly I bought did not have the paper insert in their boxes. LOL

But, you can reprocess that "not quite syrup". Also, frig a jar, see if that helps. I suspect you didn't cook it down enough, at heavy boil
