Not quite a sheep dog yet

I am training every dog in my family to be good with sheep but non of them have even crossed they tiny line to be able to be in the same 100 feet of the sheep without an odd thing happening.
1) Hobbs is ok.
2) Frankie hides in bushes
2) Lottie freezes, growls, barks, howels, faints
4) Guinness cries, chases them, barks, growls, chases, attempts to play with them
