@MsDeb , another thing you might want to do for Hazel is to start her on coccidia prevention. Coccidia is another issue that could stunt growth and it's a good idea to get your goats on prevention their first year of life to avoid issues.

The missing hair...just a random thought, I had a goat that would suck on his partner's ear and the hair on the tip all fell out but the skin was smooth and soft. By chance have you caught her buddy paying attention to her ears?
Other than that, it could be mineral related - you could give a shot of Bo-Se and see if it clears up. If not, then I'd have a blood draw done and test for selenium, copper and zinc levels.

Hair loss in our herd is copper related, great suggestion!

Thanks. I'll try that. If Tripod is messing with Hazel's ears it would probably be when they are bedded down. I want to get blood work done on all 4 just so I know what is or isn't there. Tonight it's warm and the girls are chasing each other all around their pen and jumping around on their fallen tree. Max is just going nuts in the boy's pen running and jumping on his stumps. David said he probably thinks the girls playing around means they "want some." I told him most guys usually do think that way. We stood at the window watching them for almost an hour. Like live goat TV.
