I have a nubian with a lump on both sides of her mouth I was curious if anyone knew what it might be

No replies, huh? I don’t have goats, so I don’t know what it could be. Bumping it for you though.

First thought -- CL. If the ooze is thick, whiteish, it's suspect. It's contagious, so with disposable gloves, clean and iodine the empty hole. Vet can test ooze for confirmation. Looking close it does appear to be CL. The spot grows, hair drops, it then breaks open. You want to manually cut open and clean out at point of bald & full. It helps to keep from having others exposed. Not curable. It will heal but recur at times.
If from something like puncture from briars, etc. clean, disinfect, watch for infection.
