I can't do it. Nope....no way. I can eat only meat.....no organs for me, thank you very much. When we clean a deer they don't go to waste though.....the dogs are thrilled to get the organs.

I see some use pigs heart with the liver in Braunschweiger - might try to do some of this - sounds tasty

If you figure out a good recipe for Braunschweiger you have to share it. My mom used to mix it with a little cream cheese and then spread it on crackers and it was sooooo good.

You can actually order "Rocky Mountain Oysters" in a lot of restaurants in Colorado. :p Not as good as the fresh ones, but still tastey. :D
