"Raina" - which is a variant of Regina (Latin) or Reine (French) meaning "queen"

I am torn between these two. I love the name Raina.

I am also drawn to Rhiannon because it is a Celtic Goddess of Fertility. (I'm part Irish and I want a fertile little goddess in this girl.) She is full of fire and is so lovely.

Would it be too over the top to call her Raina Rhiannon?
