Old enough to stop drinking milk?

How old should a kids be so you can stop feed him milk. He's two months old now and eats grains and such. Can I start feed him water at this age? Should I have started earlier?

Kids can be weaned at two months old. We tend to wait until at least 10 weeks or even 12, but 8 weeks is not a problem.
Just make sure they have clean water available.

8-12 weeks is fine. Have they been eating grain and foraging well?
