So many questions and my phone doesn't want to cooperate. I didn't see the test results but I have been checking almost daily so I pretty much trust he read them correctly. Her pen mate had tapeworm last fall. This was her second fecal. He didn't see evidence of much of anything but gave us Valbazen. She looks fine and seems to have plenty of energy. Will get new pic tomorrow. Thanks for all the concern.

A lot of goats from 3+ births stay smaller longer. They catch up around 1-2 and even 3 for the most part. Some bloodlines are slower growing too.

If you are going to cross her with a mini or Nigerian I'd be even less worried as long as she is healthy.

Here i s Hazel. Born June 2. Full blood Nubian. Current weight 38 pounds. Height to head aprox 27 inches. Height to back aprox 20 inches. Coat soft with winter fuzz. Happy, frisky, eats well, poop and pee look fine. We have decided we are just going to stop worrying. Feels like we have done all we can do and haven't found anything wrong that we can fix or change. Will wait and see if she thrives and grows and just keep giving her all the love. (I will continue to weigh and measure.)

Now, this may be a silly question but I'm going to ask anyway.
Is there absolutely, positively, no way a Nigerian or Pygmy got in with that Nubian? Does the breeder own any Nigerians or Pygmy's?

+1 ^ no offense I hope but with what I've seen of nubians she doesn't look like full blooded nubian.

Good point @OneFineAcre & @mikiz ... the first pic shows her face a little better and there isn't much "dish" that would point to a F-1 mini, and the ears do look longer than most f-1 minis and lay nice.
