Pawing issues

My horse paws and bangs on the door when I get out her grain to feed her in the mornings and evenings. What's the best way to train her out of that bad habbit?

Usually old school is a paw/kick chain. Some horses will want to rear up though. In that case as she has kids around her horses... My sister got this thing called a "QuitKick" and put it on the door (its water paw deter type thing). You can probably google to find it.
