Please explain what a grounding pillow is??? I might have missed it in a previous post of yours. But maybe it will be something to help with my aching shoulder that sometimes wakes me up at night? Usually though, I get up with it really hurting in the morning... Willing to try any/all sorts of things.

Like pretty much everything, our bodies are electrically charged. Grounding is the practice of reconnecting our bodies to the earth. There have been several studies done with positive results. You can be grounded by simply walking barefoot on grass, dirt, etc. or swimming in natural bodies of water. Now they make sheets with silver threads (some use other metals) that plugs into the grounding port of your electrical outlet.

I went through a lot if reviews on different ones and chose to try the ones that had an electrician review who used a multimeter.

I got a SKYSP pillowcase for Randy because it’s what I could afford. It is what has worked so amazingly well for me.

I ordered a VOREEK fitted sheet which is made of 10% silver threads, same as my pillowcase. I am hoping I have the same great results I have from the pillowcase.

You only need some part of your body in contact with the sheet.

I found this in an article i the “European Journal of Health Sciences”. It was actually on skin care but I copied this for you

The term "grounding" refers to the human body's link to
the Earth's regular and active electric charges. It is a healthy
lifestyle activity that impacts the body's basic bioelectrical
functions on a systemic level. Grounding has been
demonstrated to significantly improve physiology, reduce
pain and inflammation, boost blood flow and venous/
lymphatic flow back to the heart, improve sleep, and reduce
stress and anxiety, all of which contribute to a sense of well-
being. There also appear to be significant structural effects.
Based on countless reports, after grounding, many people say
they feel and look healthier and happier. Many people who
are in pain find that grounding helps them feel better [11].
Morale is even increased [12]. Grounding is a simple process
that reportedly and frequently yields quick results, especially
for persons with chronic health issues.
Grounding can be accomplished in two ways:
1) Indoor use grounding devices,
2) Outdoors, barefoot directly upon the earth’s surface.
Grounding restores a primaeval electrical connection with
the planet. Because modern humans have an evolved lifestyle
based in artificial surroundings, flooring and shoes,
grounding appears to help with "electron deficiency
syndrome," a neglected and possibly primary cause of a
variety of health problems “

The weather sure has been acting schizophrenic around here lately.
Went on a sniffari last week and enjoyed the beautiful weather. We headed down to where the big diesel trucks and cattle trailers are parked.

I need my back to improve so we can ho for another walk, or to the hotsprings…

Went to the hotsprings with Boone today. He initially was concerned about leaving without Fen and trying to get comfortable in the ‘burb. But he enjoyed meeting Earl the BC and we chatted some with Darsha, who runs it for our boss. I explained I wanted hum to meet people and she told me there was a real nice guy soaking so we went to introduce ourselves…he was NAKED.
Ugh!
This is why I never go to the hot springs 😳

Somehow, Fen got out. Randy didn’t let him out, but he saw us driving in the road to the house and came flying out to meet us. I stopped and let him in because I was afraid of running over him. He was finally happy to
see me❤️

It was originally put in because the ranch cook refused to feed the hay crew unless they bathed at least once a week. True story.
