Boone made it clear he didn’t want take the drive into town this morning, so Fen is getting his turn today. I have to take the walker but in truth, my back is so painful this morning, if Randy’s shoulder wasn’t jacked up, Id have taken the wheelchair. I don’t want him to have to lift it. The good news is, we can eat wherever we want, as Fen fits. 🙄

Since Boone didn’t come, I brought Fen. He was fine at breakfast. Now I am at Dr and Randy stayed in car. Fen won’t look at me, refused to give me his leash, won’t pick anything up for me…no amount of begging or bribing helps. He refuses cookies, he’s furious that he’s with me and not Randy.
God help me. 🙄

Fen definitely lets his opinion be known. Sheesh lil fella - you're out and about and not stuck at home. Cheer up buddy and be happy with mom.
I’ve never in my 70 years (minus 6 months) seen a dog that behaved like Fen. Thank the good Lord I probably never will again. He’s off the charts intelligent but when he makes up his mind, he is immovable. He’s loyal to Randy and will do anything for him, never receiving praise or reward, but when it comes to doing for me, I get a big FU. He likes getting treats from me, and loves when I skritch his hips so he can do the “happy hiney dance”, but only because Randy is nearby. If he is left at home with me, he stares out the window at Randy’s workshop and cries until he comes home, even if it takes hours.
I wish someone loved ME that much!
