Scalpel. It was there for years, and still pretty big when they biopsied it. She was surprised a few weeks ago at how much it had reduced. It will be interesting to see if the Ivermectin worked below the surface or not.Really will only know for sure after they check the tissue. Thanks for the informationIn a MOHS surgery, the derm will take it out, and then will look for clean margins - those edges that don't have cancer cells. If its not clean, then they will go in again and cut some more. I hope they are successful the first time and you don't have to stay there for hours on end.
