Bad. Day. I have never made a bad loaf of sourdough, until today, and it’s the first one I ever sold. It’s not slicing. I hope it is just not cool enough, but I am not happy. Then I went to make my French Bread, 
that I have been making for 30 years. And the dough isn’t coming together right!
