And Randy doesn’t really care. For 17 years I have been isolated and separated from my friends and family. I managed at first because I could ride everyday, then I couldn’t. I was in and out of hospital for several years. I had to give up everything, my riding, my milkcows, all that was left was my sheep and when I moved to California to take the hob that fell through he made me leave my sheep behind. I didn’t even get to sell them. I had to give them away!!!
It just seems if you love someone you want whats best for them. He knows this is the worst place I could possibly be and he knows how unhappy and lonely I have been for years.
I got Fen in the little footwell of the tub. There wasn’t much room but should have been enough. But he refused to sit down. I had to wash him with him standing up. He wouldn’t let me do his head and neck so he has a mane that is white up to his collar and brown above it. And he has one brown front leg. After my back relaxes i have to clean the mud out of the tub and the hair off the floor.
Add to that, the tallow in the crockpot somehow bubbled out all over my sewing table, down the side and all over the floor. I never had that happen before.
It’s not a good day/week/month/life
When I was working (software engineer, bits, bytes assembly and machine language) the only thing that kept me sane was my horse. Riding every night and weekend kept the uglies at bay. So sorry that you don't even have that. You do of course have The Boonester - comedian and partner.
You do a lot of good things, and many other things that take their toll on you. Appreciated or not, you are doing them because you care. That is HUGE.
Chicks stink. Hoping I am able to help lift the cage to change out the pan underneath. The legs aren’t on the cage that lift it up, I need boards to put under them so it will fit on Boone’s crate all right.
His definition of working on the bathroom the other night was to take off one piece of wood that was under the window. We spent a couple hundred bucks on wood and trim at Lowe’s last week and it never even made it into the house. Going by his past, it should be installed around 2032, if I continue nagging.
Hope my back eases up enough to try and get all the tallow off of the floor, mat, rug and cutting table…
