Im not sure what cuts I will get. I think I will get them tomorrow. Ill let you all know. I did find a recipe that was a stew and it looked so good.
Posting in the recipe section would be a great idea since this thread is intended for goat meat.

So we've had loin, chops and legs. Curry, rosemary loins and 'steak' chops. All have been absolutely delicious! Next year we plan on cutting down costs big time by butchering our own, we won't have all the handy chops, but we'll make due with what we can figure out from tutorials online, so we will end up doing them younger, probably 5-6 months old as it will be easier for us to manage the size. :) I'm super excited to find an animal that gives us so much (milk & meat) and that I love so much!!! :love
