plz help i have a sick calf!!

I'am new to this site i was hoping yall could help me. I have a five month old holstien calf. He has laid in the same place for to days now he is to weak to get up .He still eating and drinking water if you take it to him. i tried to stand him up and he just to weak. his nose is wet and is number 2 is dry and small kinda like elk poop. can you help me figure out what is wrong.

I would hazzard to guess it has white muscle disease... caused by lack of selenium. Give it a shot of selenium and it should show signs of improvement within a day.

The guy i bought him from come and gave him a shot and we gave him some electrolytes. but he didn't make it he died i didn't have him but three days he was my first cow.
