Possible pregnancy and CD&T??

We were about to give Missy her second CD&T shot today, but noticed her udders were slightly swollen, and her belly is pretty tight, and a little bigger. BUT, not sure if she is just getting bigger because spring has finally showed up here. LOL Sam has been trying to start some goat-lovin', but as far as I have seen, Missy has been running away or fighting him off. If she is pregnant, is the CD&T safe? She didn't get her second dose tonite because I was worried.

YES! CDT it safe for pregnant goats, you are actually supposed to give one 30 days before kidding so the kids have some immunity.

That's great! I will give it to her tonite. So, 30 days prior to kidding....what if she is pregnant, and I she gets her second shot tonite, do I still give it to her again in a few months?

Sorry I am a bit late. When is the doe due? If she isn't due for several months I would still give it 30 before kidding.

Not sure she is even pregnant. lol She hasn't gotten any bigger, so I think she may just be grazing a lot!
