Received this via PM, going to post for the new member:

"Have a 2-mo. old pygmy goat doe. She is a tiny bit lethargic and is slobbering a great deal this afternoon. I was gone much of the day, and she was fine when I left, so this started while I was gone. I don't think she has a fever (will check if needed), and her color is good. She has eaten a few dried apple slices. For some reason, it strikes me that she could have a sore throat; could I be right? I am panicking here because we don't have a livestock vet. She is sleeping now. FYI: we did have some significant storms in the area while I was gone, so could it be stress? Thanks in advance for your advice!!! Jackie McCrary

Oh, and I cannot figure out how to start a new topic or post a question here, are there instructions that I've missed?"

I'm stumped by the slobbering. I hope someone will have some suggestions, Jackson! Welcome and good luck.

That is what I am thinking.

Any one have any suggstions. I would say if she is off-feed for her next meal, Something is most certainly wrong.

You can easily treat for bloat, with oil and baking soda. Not sure what to do if there is something stuck.
