I have got a 13week old sow I guess you would call it. She has done been to the vet and she is 100% healthy.
She gets along well with my cat and both of my little dogs including my goat. She is like my shadow. I got her when she was 8 weeks of age and before I got her she was never handled. But my concern is this why is she biting and snapping at my boyfriend? We live together and you would think she would of done accepted him in her circle but I dont think she has. But not just him but my father too. Which he lives next door and comes over to check on the animals if I am at work. She charges at him. I am the only person she doesn't have a mean streak with .. She dont bite me at all she runs up to me and licks me. And squeals when I come home from work until I love on her and her little tail goes 90mph. Like I said she is my shadow. Now I know my vet said that everyone needs to get in her little circle so she would consider them as her herd. But I am just not getting why is she not doing these things to me.

She may not like men... :/ it happens sometimes.

You'll have to either give her some behavioral therapy or make some tough choices. Pigs are smart and she's young so you may be able to train it out of her... http://www.potbelliedpig.com/behavior.htm

My PBPs aren't pets...they are livestock.

Thank you! I thought about that. But what about the behavioral therapy how will I go about doing that?

Just A Note:
She is around my boyfriend all day long. Because he doesn't work. But he does keep her in her little area. which we have blocked off in our kitchen and that is where she stays when I am not at home. And he does give her watermelons and raisins during the day. But other than that I dont think he talks to her nor rubs her belly..

Check out the link I provided in regards to behavioral issues... and here's another one for you http://www.pigs4ever.com/pot_belly_pig_information/

When a PBP here has a behavioral problem they become dinner...as I said they aren't pets on my farm. We had one pet PB once... :( ...bad situation ended that...we won't have them as "pets" again (but that's just my opinion).

I really think it sounds like a gender thing and you'll most likely need to work on her with that.
