When my Eva is almost ready to calve she starts doing all kinds of odd things. Mind you.... she is a spoiled rotten DIVA, so some of these might just be "her".
She will start hanging around the barn a couple of weeks before. Probably because she acts so miserable & gets extra attention.
She will moan & grunt LOUDLY with every breath when she's laying down.
She becomes VERY picky about any feed offered. I think she knows that warm soaked beet pulp will be coming & she wants it now.
She will demand scratches in the places she can no longer reach & will point with her nose where she expects to be scratched.

I hope you'll be posting some baby picts very soon.
