Is she running with a Jack? If so - she probably is. Does she have any udder development?

Loving the herd life
From the looks of her side I would say yes . I would also think she isn't to far away . However looks can be deceiving .Keep her away from water for a while several hours at least . Then give her as cold as you can get water .Watch closely .The cold water will be a discomfort to the foal, and it will roll or kick . If she is as far along as she looks , you should be able to feel the foal kick just by being patient and scratching her belly. If the foal kick or roll isn't obvious. The only way to say 100% sure is to do a rectal palpation . Your Vet can do it ,what it cost I couldn't say.
