Yum, yum, yum. Everyone's sounds so good!! It is such a pretty little pie, it's still calling to me but I am entertaining myself by reading internet blabber & baking a toll house cookie pie ;)

Just had some pie! :drool It was soooooooo good! Thanks for sharing the recipe. It was so easy to make and so yummy! I can't wait until I have more room in my belly to sneak another piece tonight. :p The candied pecans on the bottom were a great addition!

I'll resurrect this post! ;)

Just made 2 pumpkin cheesecakes. 1 regular and 1 modified. The modified one has some pecans that were toasted with butter and sugar on the bottom and the sour cream topping I posted on here before. Taking both to a holiday get together today. I'll see which one they like better.

Ooooh...it's been a few years since I've made my dairy-free pumpkin maple cheesecake! It's sooo yum ee!

I still have to figure out what I'm cooking for Christmas...but it won't be a big deal cause it'll just be the three of us. I do need to make banana bread for everyone though.
