Whatever you doing, keep doing it. Keeping in shape and good health is vital for a rancher/farmer/homesteader.

I’m 68, take no medication, had knee replacement 3 weeks after I moved in here a year and a half ago. Usually this time of year, I’m on a diet to shed 5-8 pounds. But homemade eggnog, hot chocolate, carb snacks keep calling my name. Holed up for freezing temperatures didn’t help any. Sigh… got to get serious now and stop snacking on crap foods. Meat and veggies!
