My junior Dutch buck has a discoloration on his nose. It is the same texture as the surrounding tissue, and has not gotton any bigger. What is it?

It looks like there's something up in there? I see three black spots in his nose.

The lighting was wrong on the picture. There are three distinct black dots on the inside of his nose. It very well could be a scar. I did not breed him, I bought him, so who knows what happened in his first couple months of life. Would it be a disqualification from a show?
