hi all my rabbit has a cut and it has a lump that is full of puss i squessed it all out but am worried about it is this normal for a wound to get puss please advise

A wound will only produce puss when infected. Infected cuts can be quite common.
Is it a large cut, like deep and long and a bit of a worry or is it a small cut, like a stratch or a little bigger?
It is usually best to leave these things be and not puncture or squeeze them. Just leave it be. If it has developed a scab from being squeezed, then you can put some antibiotic ointment on it. If there is no scab and it is not open, then the ointment will not do a thing, because it can't reach the infection.
It should clear up on its own, so don't worry.
