This year I planted different squashes - when I look for recipes for the one that has squash now references usually go to this being grown a lot in Texas. Sooo all my TX friends (and anyone else who's used this)
Give me some ideas - because internet recipes can be hit or miss and I want the first shot to be a hit (so I don't think about yanking the plant yet).
The squash is Tatume -- worst case I'll eeny meeny miny mo some internet recipe :) .
