I sold Ruby to RPC (a fellow poster here) 1.5 yrs ago, and have missed her ever since....when he said he needed to cut back I jumped at the chance to bring her home.
She's a 6 yr old FB Boer but only 50% on paper...that 50% has 8 ennoblements in the pedigree, though.
She makes really nice babies and she went right in with Saturday.
I can tell she remembers me / this place...went right up on the milkstand like she'd never left...didn't really even have to fight / fuss much w/ her old friends.
Welcome home, Ruby!

I am so glad she is fitting right back in at your house. If you all could have seen Ruby when Kim first got to my house, it was almost like her eyes lit up when she heard her calling her name. I know she is happy to be back home with you. She is not the one I was planning to sell but I am glad that I know she went back to the best house. I would rather sell a good one and know they are going to a great home then have 1 go to a bad home. I will miss that girl but I can not wait to see her kids this year. If she gives you a doe I might just have to talk to you. I really have no business thinking about getting more until I buy a new house with more room but it is hard not to.

Well I am glad she is good and I am happy her and Saturday have hit it off. Can't wait to see their kids. I guess I will get to see her when I come down and get Freeney.
