So, all this time, I’ve been working on having my dual-purpose heritage chickens so we can eat the extra roosters and my little man would not only not let me eat (or even smell) chicken during my pregnancy - I finally had chicken after he was born and he had the worst gas! Just miserable with it for a good 12 hours
Seems I’ll be selling/giving away all my extra roosters for quite some time.
At least I can still eat their eggs
