but true! I have had so many sheep sneak off and lamb and you'd never know they were close by looking at their butts.
We have pink butts, freckled butts, and black butts. Some get really puffy a couple weeks before lambing and some hours before. Some hardly get puffy at all. Haha, all of our sheep had purple booties. They would completely turn a rosy pink 2-3 days before lambing. Me too!....Or at least I'll start saying it and sometime in the next 2-3 weeks they lamb.SheepGirl said:lol, we can always tell who's gonna lamb soon by seeing how rosy & puffy they are back there lol.
