I am having a hard time answering these questions. Cal y’all help?

1) does anyone near me sheer sheep? Especially in spring or summer.

2) how old do you have to be to get certified to sheer sheep. And how long does it take?

Yes, I know. I said it's not needed. As some people believe that it is.
Fun fact. Horse dentists are also not required to go to school and are not legally allowed to give drugs. Same with trimmers and farriers!

To find shearers near you you'll need to pop on local FB groups of like minded folk, hopefully sheep people and find out who they're using lately. And I'd ask the shearer you find how to train to be a shearer. Asking at locally owned feed stores may also help you find a shearer if FB is not an option-or a vet, or another local wool sheep person.

I can’t afford a vet yet. That will drain my collage savings. I got my bosses person to sheer them but now it is -19 degrees outside and my sheep are naked. Does anyone know what season I should sheer my sheep?

I'm not a sheep person, but it seems to me that it would be best to shear them after winter and before it gets too hot in summer. Like @Mini Horses said - probably Mar/April.
