I’ll be bringing in a new herd of sheep in about a month. I’ll be shipping them about 3 hours in my trailer. Rams and ewes will come at the same time from 2 different farms. Anything I should give them once they get here? Dewormer? Antibiotic? Vitamin B? I just want to have everything I need when they get here.

I’ve gone to Tennessee 3 times for rams. It’s 750+ miles one way. Loaded them up at break of dawn and high tailed it for Texas. Once home, I unloaded them, gave them grass hay and fresh water. That’s all. They had health papers. No problems.

Ideally the person you are buying from will worm them ahead of time, if needed. Bear in mind that a change like that can trigger a parasite bloom.

I have seller deworm the week before, if possible. I'll even pay. It kills out "their" farm bugs & has never been an issue. I quarantine before adding to herd. But for you and first population that's not needed.
