I put a turkey in the brine to day, first one of this years flock, will put in the smoker on Friday for a test run. Saturday I am going to butcher a 100 lb pig to smoke on the next Saturday for a friends birthday bash that they have every year.
well, the neighbor brought my thanksgiving pig by tonight all cleaned, skinned and ready for the smoker, Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm. at least that's one little sow that won't go forth and populate the woods with more wild hogs.
