Pneumonia is not something to mess around with, especially if she is in bad shape already. She needs to be seen by a vet and needs antibiotics.

I am a big fan of doing things the naturally, but sometimes you need a vet and his drugs. It would probably be best to treat her with what the vet recommends and then, once she's on the mend, give her natural remedies to aid in her recovery.

Last year, I ended up with a bunch of my sheep coming down with Pneumonia!! They slowely seemed to lose weight, get snotty noses, and coughed! It never seemed to go away, sometimes it would be worse than other times!
I discovered that they had Lung Worm, which was causing the airways to be irritated, which was inviting the pneumonia! The only thing I found that worked was a dose of Ivomectin to get rid of the Lung Worm, with a follow up dose 10 days after the first. As well as a heavy dose of Nuflor, for 3 days!
I will tell you what, they seemed like whole new sheep in a week!!!
